Donna Bergman is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters Degree in Psychology from Antioch University Seattle and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington. She has lived in remote areas of Washington, Alaska and Oregon providing therapy services to underserved communities. She has 18 years of experience in counseling, providing psychotherapy to communities in both clinical and forensic settings.
Donna works to understand your frame of reference by exploring your thoughts and associated behaviors, bringing awareness to what may or may not be serving you at this point in your life.Her approach to counseling is collaborative and client-centered; anchored in evidenced-based theoretical modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and nutritional education to improve mental health and promote lasting change.
